As we prepare to increase our line 1 production rate and add a 3rd shift on line 2, we are increasing our full time employee workforce. - Effective today (Monday, December 7), H-D full-time employees may refer individuals for H-D Production Technician I (PT1) positions by completing the Direct Hire Referral Program form. Forms are submitted electronically. Click here for the link to the electronic form. This only applies to direct-hire, full-time PT1 positions (not the casual program).
- If the referred individual is hired and successfully completes 90 days of service, the referring employee will receive a bonus of $250, as long as the referring employee is still employed with Harley-Davidson. The bonus is considered wages and is subject to income and social security taxes.
- This Employee Referral program is expected to end on or before March 1, 2021 subject to meeting recruiting requirements.
